NON-PROFIT ORGANISATIONS

Non-Profit Organisation Registration, Annual Reports and Compliance

Around two-thirds of South Africa’s registered non-profit organisations are non-compliant — usually because Department of Social Development annual reports were never submitted. Non-compliance blocks funding. We register organisations properly, bring lapsed ones back into good standing, and keep them there.

Annual Compliance Reports — Department of Social Development — R2,750 per outstanding year, income under R500,000

The annual narrative and financial reports every registered non-profit organisation must submit. Behind on them? That is usually the real reason funding applications fail. We prepare and submit every outstanding year and confirm your status, so you can show funders you are in good standing. Organisations with income above R500,000 get a fixed written quotation after we review your bank transactions.
