How the retainers work
Simple, in writing, and designed so neither of us gets surprised.
→ Payroll add-on: R220 per employee per month for payslips and payroll records, on any retainer — minimum R450 per month
→ Billing: monthly in advance — a debit order is arranged when you sign up; the month’s work begins once payment reflects
→ Catch-up work: if your books are more than two months behind when you join, we quote the catch-up separately in writing before you commit
→ Transaction counts are fair-use guidelines — if you consistently exceed them we discuss the next plan at your review, never on a surprise invoice
→ Work outside your plan is always quoted separately in writing before it begins
→ South African Revenue Service submissions are not included for now — these launch once our tax practitioner registration through the Chartered Institute for Business Accountants is activated
→ Formal annual financial statements are quoted separately and delivered through our partner practice
→ Notice period: cancel any time with one calendar month’s written notice
