Monthly packages start at R295 a month for Compliance Care. Starter, for businesses with turnover up to R2 million, is R1,250 a month (Black Friday price for sign-ups by 31 Dec 2026, fixed for 12 months with your annual financial statements included; R1,650 from 1 January 2027). Growth is R3,950, Non-Profit Essential R2,250 and Non-Profit Funded R4,450 a month. Xero is included. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
Yes. Every company package, Compliance Care included, files your annual income tax return, two provisional tax returns and the CIPC annual return with beneficial ownership. The Non-Profit packages include the annual tax return, the DSD report and, for non-profit companies, the CIPC annual return. VAT returns and payroll are add-ons.
R990, all-in: name reservation and registration certificate, sars income tax number, beneficial ownership filing, share certificates, b-bbee affidavit, bank-ready document pack. Usually 3 to 5 working days once we have your documents.
Your package is chosen by last year's turnover. Not trading, or under R100,000: Compliance Care. Up to R2 million: Starter. R2 million to R5 million, or you want monthly management accounts and a budget: Growth. Non-profits go by income: up to R1 million, Non-Profit Essential; R1 million to R5 million, Non-Profit Funded. Above R5 million we quote. The package finder works it out from your answers in about two minutes.
